Therefore you need to be able to accept cookies to place an order.
If you have your security level set to not accept cookies, you can manually add the-design-trade.com to your "accept" list.
Here is how.

Internet Explorer
On the menu bar across the top click on
TOOLS, then INERNET OPTIONS
Then click the PRIVACY tab.
Towards the bottom you'll see an area labeled WEBSITES, click the EDIT button.
Type in "the-design-trade.com" and hit ALLOW.
Then hit EXIT to exit out of that small menu.
Your broswer will now be able to accept cookies from the-design-trade.com.
Please close out of your browser completely and then try and place your order from scratch.
Mozilla Firefox
On the menu bar across the top click on
TOOLS, then OPTIONS.
Then click the COOKIES area.
Click on EXCEPTIONS
Now enter "the-design-trade.com" and hit ALLOW.
Then hit EXIT to exit out of that small menu.
Your broswer will now be able to accept cookies from the-design-trade.com.
Please close out of your browser completely, and then try and place your order from scratch.
