------> User license for items purchased and downloaded at The-Design-Trade.com:
You as a buyer are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of one person or entity.
The-Design-Trade maintains they legally possess the power to grant you this license for all enclosed materials.
The-Design-Trade may revoke this license if any of the terms below are violated.
------> Terms of Use:
You the buyer is aware that you are not purchasing the contents of the items, only the right to use them.
The copyrights to the items will be retained by The-Design-Trade.
You may not claim ownership to any of the original items in whole, or in part.
You as a buyer will obtain the copyright of any works created using the items, provided
that the original item cannot be extracted from the workings, and the works do not directly
resemble the original product such as in a brush or tube etc. Your works may be used for personal or
commercial purposes.
Any items of the file may NOT be redistributed, sold, or licensed in a collection, separately
and/or in their original form this includes items to be sold at Cafe Press. Products also cannot be stored any place on a network or on the
Internet where they may be referenced by a third party.
Since the terms of use are subject to change, it is the liability of the Buyer to make sure that
he/she is alert of the most recent terms. The-Design-Trade will attempt to bring up to date all
README files, however the most current conditions can be found on our site at: The-Design-Trade.com TOS
All products are given "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
The-Design-Trade shall not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct,
indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of
or inability to use The-Design-Trades products. Since all products are intangible, irrevokable
goods, refunds will not be issued.
